Ajay Rahul P is a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for Distributed Systems and Cloud computing. He is a first-year MS CS student at Penn State University, where he is currently working as a Graduate Assistant for the course CMPEN-270 - "Digital Design: Theory and Practice". In this role, Ajay mentors students in the lab classes, assists in content development, and grades assignments/exams. Prior to joining Penn State University, Ajay worked as a Full Stack Developer at Nutanix for the Calm (Cloud Application Lifecycle Management) team. During his time at Nutanix, Ajay developed a strong skill set in Python, Golang, and Javascript. He also worked as a Member of Technical Staff 3, where he contributed to the development of the Nutanix Calm platform. Currently, Ajay is working as an Intern at VMware, where he is a member of the Greenplum Database (GPDB) Kernel team. In this role, he is responsible for developing and testing features for the GPDB Kernel. Ajay holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science from Penn State University. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in Software Engineering, Javascript, Python, and Golang. With 2.45 years of relevant experience, Ajay is a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about Distributed Systems and Cloud computing. He is a quick learner, team player, and has a strong work ethic. Ajay is always eager to take on new challenges and is committed to delivering high-quality work.
